McFarlane released photography for the NFL 15 Series, which includes Peyton Manning, Tony Romo, Brian Westbrook, Vince Young, Cedric Benson, Ray Lewis, and William Thomas.

First off - Brian Westbrook and Cedric Benson and no Frank Gore or Steven Jackson….but I guess the third and fifth leading rushers aren’t good enough for you???

Now that I got that out of the way, the Ray Lewis figure doing his pre-game dance is now tied for the best pose ever (I don’t know if anything will ever flat out beat the fingerless Ronnie Lott):

And the William Thomas figure is now officially the second worst figure ever (sorry James Jackson, you’ll always be number one in my heart).

Tra (as he no longer likes to be called) made it to two Pro Bowls in his nine years. Here’s a partial list of better and more popular lineman that McFarlane has yet to make:

• Orlando Pace - he only went to 7 consecutive Pro Bowls and led the Rams to two Super Bowl appearances
• Walter Jones - five time Pro Bowler who anchored the Seahawks to a Super Bowl
• Olin Kreutz - five Pro Bowls and a Super Bowl appearance as well
• Jeff Saturday - two Pro Bowls and a Super Bowl win

See the pattern? Yea, Thomas went to a few Pro Bowl’s and went to the Super Bowl, but you cannot tell me that his figure will outsell Orlando Pace or Walter Jones - two tackles that have re-defined the position. This makes no sense to me whatsoever….

Oh, and they also announced (at the very bottom) an Urlacher/Manning Super Bowl figure…yawn, unless you’re a Colts fan.
