Bo Jackson McFarlane Legends Figure Photos

By Adam McFarland | Posted at 3:36 pm | Filed Under McFarlane, NFL

McFarlane FINALLY unveiled photos for the much anticipated NFL Legends 3 series. All of the figures look great, particularly the painstakingly accurate depiction of a young Dan Marino, but anyone who knows me knows that I was waiting for the Bo Jackson figure. I have just a minor infatuation with Bo that goes […]

By Adam McFarland | Posted at 12:32 pm | Filed Under NFL, Autographs, Cards

Couple the fact that Jim Thorpe is maybe the greatest overall athlete of all-time (personally I’ll put Jimmy #2 behind Bo Jackson) with the fact that he died in 1953 (long before people started hoarding athletes for autographs), and it’s not hard to see why collectors will flock at anything autographed by Thorpe.

Last week on […]

MLB 18 Rivera bullpen figure now bullpen-less

By Adam McFarland | Posted at 12:22 pm | Filed Under McFarlane, MLB

I was absolutely thrilled last month when McFarlane announced this sick Mariano Rivera bullpen figure:

But the figure seemed too good to be true (think about the cost to manufacture that thing for a second), however Todd saved the day by making it a chase figure:
